Celebakes® ready-to-use royal icing is the perfect product for decorating cookies and cakes. Its consistency is great for flooding cookies and decorating gingerbread houses. For detail work on both cookies and cakes, simply add powdered sugar to thicken the icing. - Icing will begin to set up 30 minutes after flooding and can be stacked after 12 hours or overnight.
- Flooded cookies can be frozen in an airtight container.
- Once opened, store in closed container away from strong odors for up to 6 months at room temperature.
